We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders placed within the United States of America, and free USPS Express Mail shipping on Canadian orders over $500.
 
All shipments are fully-insured and require a signature confirmation. Orders totaling under $500 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will include insurance and signature confirmation. Orders totaling over $500 will be shipped via UPS Ground which will also include insurance and signature confirmation. Orders placed by 3 P.M. Mountain Standard Time will be processed the same business day. Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved and your shipping address is verified. If you have a special shipping request or would like to accelerate the delivery of your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
If for some reason we do not have the piece of jewelry you ordered in stock or your desired ring size is unavailable, with your pre-approval we will process the order as a custom order, which will ship within 1-2 weeks.
