Return Policy
We at DeSantis Jewelry realize that sometimes you may purchase something and decide for whatever reason it is not right for you. For this reason we have a no questions asked 15-day return guarantee. If, within 15 days from the purchase date, you wish to return your purchase, contact us and we will gladly refund your purchase. Please note that we can not accept returns or exchanges on custom ordered jewelry.
Items being returned must be in the original condition in which they arrived to you, and still be under the 15-day return period for a refund. We do not refund shipping charges on returns.
