Does DeSantis Jewelry use authentic media (silver, gold, stones, etc.) in their jewelry? Yes. ALL materials, including metals and stones, used in creating our jewelry is 100% authentic and guaranteed to be so. Will I be charged a sales tax? Unless your order is being shipped within New Mexico or Arizona, you will NOT be charged a sales tax. Otherwise, New Mexico and Arizona residents will incur the current state sales tax on all orders. Can you make a custom piece of jewelry for me? When doing business with DeSantis Jewelry, you are dealing directly with the manufacture. Please contact us with your request and we will be more than happy to work with you in making a custom piece. Do you ship internationally? DeSantis Jewelry does not currently offer international shipping except to Canada. Canadian shipments please contact us before purchasing. When and how will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after the purchase date through the United States Parcel Service. Is DeSantis Jewelry made in the U.S.A.? Yes. DeSantis Jewelry fabricates all products within its New Mexico based studio and does NOT out source any of their jewelry making processes.
